    Individual Therapy

    Booking a session with one of our therapists for individual therapy can be the first step towards the rest of your life, in a whole new way. Individual therapy starts with exploring your concerns and needs with the gentle and compassionate approach that our therapists and counsellors have cultivated in their therapeutic styles.     Trauma Processing - EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

    PTSD / Complex PTSD present with multiple ways that it interferes with life. Feeling angry, depressed, anxious, avoiding situations, people, feeling disconnected from life and multiple other ways that life and death traumas and/or impactful experiences effectly have us living in fight, flight or freeze can lead to despair.

    Our practicioners are trained in EMDR as well as advanced training and certification in EMDR and related therapies, such as The Flash Technique.
