I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. My experience includes working with children (ages 7+), youth, adults, couples, families, neurodivergent individuals, and newcomers to Canada I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, anger management, self-esteem, emotional regulation, stress management, relationship and parenting challenges, using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches like CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

I have been in practice in Okotoks since 2011 and has worked in the field of Mental Health Counselling since 1997. I have provided telephonic and video counselling services for over 10 years.
