I see therapy as a space of connection - where you don’t have to carry things alone, and your story is met with compassion and respect. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, shaped around what feels meaningful for you.
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. My experience includes working with children (ages 7+), youth, adults, couples, families, neurodivergent individuals, and newcomers to Canada I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, anger management, self-esteem, emotional regulation, stress management, relationship and parenting challenges, using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches like CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy time outdoors - wakeboarding in summer, hiking and camping in the mountains, and playing volleyball. Cooking, reading, and spending time with my three dogs are some of the ways I recharge and find joy.
Together, we can explore what feels overwhelming, uncover hidden strengths, and find new ways of moving forward that feel authentic and meaningful for you.
